1. Purpose of the Services

MEROD offers detailed information on this website about its high-standard aluminum and glass window and door manufacturing, installation, and maintenance services. The site allows users to request quotes and view our portfolio of residential and commercial solutions.

2. Quotations and Technical Surveys

  • All cost estimates provided via web forms, WhatsApp, or email are provisional.

  • A final and binding budget can only be issued after a technical survey visit carried out by MEROD personnel, where exact measurements, wall conditions, access and levels of the installation area are validated.

  • Quotes are valid for 5 calendar days.

3. Installation Conditions

To guarantee the safety and excellent finishes that characterize us, the client agrees that:

  • The installation area must be free of obstacles and have the necessary structural conditions to support the weight of the tempered glass or window frames.

  • If any masonry work or structural modifications are required, these must be completed by the client before the scheduled date for the installation of MEROD.

4. Guarantees and Maintenance

  • MEROD guarantees the quality of materials and workmanship in accordance with the individual service contract.

  • The warranty does not cover glass breakage due to impact after delivery, use of abrasive chemicals in cleaning the aluminum, or adjustments resulting from natural settling of the construction.

  • Annual preventive maintenance is recommended to ensure the durability of the hardware and seals.

5. Intellectual Property

All visual and textual content on this site, including photographs of actual facilities and logos, is the property of MEROD. Its reproduction, in whole or in part, is prohibited without written consent.

6. Data Protection and Communication

7. Limitation of Liability

MEROD will not be responsible for damages resulting from poor preparation of the area by the customer or for delays caused by extreme weather conditions that prevent the safe installation of outdoor window and door frames.

8. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

For any legal dispute related to the use of this site or the services provided by the company, the parties submit to the laws of the State of Yucatán and the jurisdiction of the courts of the city of Mérida, Yucatán.
